Meet Our Managing Partner

David Propis is Managing Partner of North American Value-Add Realty Partners. Prior to North American Value-Add , David had been a partner and Managing Director of Dunross Capital where he led its construction management group and initiated equity and debt investment from his syndicate of high net worth individuals, family offices and institutional investors. David’s prior experience includes 25 years in corporate finance, commodities and asset management with Merrill Lynch, Jade Special Strategy, and Agile Opportunity Fund He founded and managed two hedge funds completing structured debt financings, with over 125 transactions totaling more than $150 million. David is a graduate from University of Maryland, College Park with a B.A. degree in Speech and Communications. He holds a real estate license in the State of NY. Previously, David has held a CFTC license as a trader on the NYMEX as well as Series 7 & 66 SEC Certifications.
